Thin-walled, hollow parts that require tight tolerances can be manufactured using a rotational molding process. We have the ability to create complex geometries in a single seamless part, using proprietary resins and affordable tooling.
Ideal for corrosion protection, this process creates a seamless, bonded thermoplastic liner on the inside of vessels. We have the capability of lining equipment with complex geometries with diameters up to 52”, and pipe with diameters up to 30″ and 20’ in length.
For over 20 years, we have used a process called Selective Laser Sintering to create durable, production thermoplastic parts for customers that have strict geometry and material specifications. This process typically does not require tooling and is well-suited to iterative design changes.
